• Everything we sell is handmade by indigenous villagers in Zambia in their villages whilst the products are 100% authentically produced from indigenous materials/woods and hand carved/crafted.
• But If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of purchase, via email or phone and we will go out of our way to make you happy by either exchanging or modifying your order to the best of our ability according to your desired taste; as you, our customer, is our priority.
